When suffering takes its toll, it’s difficult to remain hopeful. One way we’ve found to battle this is to name something we are thankful for. I’ll start: My wife had a doctors appointment yesterday. The stress of it usually causes a major flare up. This time it did not! Your turn. What’s something you’re thankful for? There’s nothing too big or too small to share!
